Change "Submit Your Review" title?

Can anyone recommend how to change the wording on the title Submit Your Review as I want it to say Submit your Testimonial. I tried to change this in wpcr3_options via phpmyadmin which it appears to save it but then I check and it has reverted back to “Submit Your Review” again? Any help would be appreciated!
