Change submit button style

Hello, I can’t style submit button. Im adding additional CSS and also editing style.css of theme and nothing works. I don’t use cache plugin. Here is what I tried:

.wpcf7-submit, .wpcf7 input[type=”submit”]{
background-color: red;
}
