    I’ve asked questions like how do I make make bread (just an example) and the response will be correct. I’ll then go deeper and ask how do I perform step 3 and that’s all I’ll say, meaning I don’t understand step 3 of making bread. The bot will respond with a new response about how to make a cake instead like it’s hallucinating. Do you have any recommendations?

    Have you added some “instructions” to keep the chatbot on task?

    Starting with V1.9.3 you can add extra instructions to be sent with each prompt for the primary and alternate assistants (see the GPT Assistants settings) or directly via the short code such as:

    ??????????????? [chatbot style=embedded assistant=asst_abc…123 instructions=”Send extra instructions here …”]

    Just be sure to use regular quotes to enclose the extra instructions.  These will be sent with each prompt.

    I had a user reach out to me and ask for this.? He has reported back that this greatly improve his results.

    Give that a try and let me know if it resolves your bread vs. cake. problem.
