Change subject of send emails

Hi, I’m having troubles with the change subject function of emails. I tried the function as described at https://slicedinvoices.com/developers/code-snippets/ – But I guess I’ve to use another case for my function. How can I change the subject of the send emails (included with name + order ID). Which cases are possible?
