    Just looking at Custom Sidebars, on the page above. Is it possible to style it at all? It would be better if it matched the one on the right, eg with the Recent Posts text on the eft being more like a heading as it is on the regular sidebar.

    Also, a bit of spacing maybe between the post titles.

    If there are classes I can add some CSS if I know what they are.

    Thanks.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello there @johngordon71,

    hope you’re doing good today! ??

    Custom Sidebars plugin just replaces the widgets of a sidebar with new ones, based on your settings and conditionals. It doesn’t alter any other HTML markup, but there should be already some classes and IDs coming from the active theme, that you could use to further style your sidebars.

    I could assist you with that, but the URL you provided leads to a 404 page now. Please update us with a new URL so we can further guide you.

    Thank you,
    Dimitris

    Ah, sorry Dimitris – I changed couple of things.

    Try this page here:

    https://www.thedownsmen.co.uk/new/welcome2/

    I would have expected the style to the the same by default, but the custom sidebar on the left is a bit different. Doesn’t need much really – just ‘Recent Posts’ as more of a header, and a bit of spacing between the header and the stories, and bit of a space between each story.

    Hi @johngordon71,

    Can you try going to your Appearance > Widgets panel and on your custom sidebar click on Edit.
    When the popup opens enable Advanced settings and in there in Before Title field add this:
    <h4 class="widgettitle">
    And in After Title field add this:
    </h4>

    Save the changes and see if that does the trick.

    Cheers,
    Predrag
