    Hi @rbdev

You can add your Statement descriptor on Stripe under Restrict > Settings > Payments. You need to click on the “Set Up Stripe” button to see the Statement descriptor field.

Thanks upon further investigation, the disputes are due to the fact the subscribers forget about an upcoming renewal (yearly)

How can I remind them that a renewal is coming up? Maybe a few weeks before, maybe more than once and then I can also advise they can click here to cancel subscription, or update payment methods .

    thanks

    Hi @rbdev

By default, the free version of the plugin does not include reminder emails to its core. Currently, this feature is only available on the Pro version of the plugin. See this article for more details: https://restrictcontentpro.com/why-go-pro/
