I’m using your plugin, but I had to edit it because my client wants to allow “Weak” level passwords for subscribers (just not very weak).

But, of course, the “Weak” label on the indcator is misleading. Is there a way to change the password level indicator names (Weak, Medium, Strong)? I’d like to change “Weak” to “OK”.

    Thanks!

Out of the box Force Strong Passwords only enforces strong passwords for Author, Editor and Administrator accounts. Unless you’ve given the Subscriber role the capability to publish_posts, upload_files or edit_published_posts, they shouldn’t run into any problems when trying to set a Medium or Weak password.

As far as changing the password level indicator names go, Force Strong Passwords doesn’t do that. Sorry!

Thanks. I still needed to use your plugin (modified) because we don’t want Subscribers to be able use a “Very Weak” password.

Though I can’t change the word “Weak”, I used CSS to change the strength indicator color to green for Weak and Medium, so at least it looks like it’s ok.

    Thanks for the plugin!
