change standard category

  • First of all: sorry if this is a rookie question!

    I tried to delete one category.
    I got the message “the standard category could not be deleted”.
    so I tried to change the standard category (the category where every article should appear) but it didn′t help. I still get the same massage.

    I′m using 1.5.2 German Version

    You should be able to rename the standard category, by going to manage > categories > select ‘edit’ on the category and change the Category name and Category slug.

    I changed almost everything in this category

    But I still get the same massage
