• Hi, Is there any way to decrease the height of the slider images without using codes? I’m new to this and don’t know much about writing custom code, etc? The images on my slider are huge. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks! ??

With large images for sliders, you’re always best off to first create the images in the dimensions you intend to use on the site, so that they will load faster. For sliders, where you have more than 1 image, that gets more important the more images you have. If you don’t have a photo editing program, where you can crop/resize/optimize images, you can always use the online site – Pixlr – where you can upload, resize/crop/colorize, etc. and save back that image optimized for web delivery.
I’ll admit I haven’t used this theme, but I’ve use many others with sliders, and it’s always best to size the images first, before uploading them to your WP site. Hopefully the slider has an option for keeping the dimensions proportional as the screen size decreases to mobile phone size.
    Good Luck.

Hi tgd. Thanks for the help! I tried it, but it didn’t change the size of the sliders. It does have an option to keep the dimensions proportional on mobile devices. ??

    Hi,
I’m new to all this. Can anyone please advise what is the best/optimum slider image dimension to have in the Spacious theme?
    Many Thanks

I have the same thing, plus my page is dancing around because I can’t get all of the pics to the same size (I have some before pics that can’t be redone and they are square – think someone must have already edited).
