Change slide arrows in wrong position for the first run

I have been using Soliloquy for years on my website’s homepage. However, recently I noticed that the arrows to change slides, are in the wrong position for the first run through of the slides on both desktop and mobile. They’re positioned below the slides, which also creates a large space underneath.

The positioning corrects itself after the first run. I would appreciate any help on this, as it’s really stumped me! Thank you!
