Change Size of the thumbnail image

    Hello,

    I am having trouble making the thumbnail image of the employees larger. The tops of their heads are getting cut off. What is the best way to go about this without the images getting distorted? I am using the Custom CSS panel in the settings.

    Nevermind. I figured it out. I had to change the default setting in WordPress to change the thumbnail size.
