Change size of reference label & move reference container

    Hello,

    Thank you for this excellent plugin! I was wondering how I can:
    1. Change the font size of the reference label
    2. Move the reference container (currently set to “at the end of the post”) above the social media sharing buttons, but still below the rest of the post
