Change size of font under images on Pages?

Hello again all,

Is it possible to change the size of the title under my images on Pages? It is currently so small that it is barely legible!

Here is an example:

The title is right below the image. I would love the font size to be the same as the text on the right hand side (I think that is “paragraph” size).
