Change sitemap url?

Can you add a filter hook to the plugin so I can change url via child theme?

Would not robots.txt give away your sitemap url? If you are implementing sitemaps and robots properly that is. In addition if your page is in sitemaps.xml (whatever name) it will most likely be indexed by google which makes it super easy to find the page anyway.

Today, you’re able to override the base URL of the sitemap under the Basic Options section. Note, this will require .htaccess modifications that are outlined below.

Hi @auctollo and thank you so much for finally replying! Was running out if hope ??

So, will this work moving the url to any url like for example say /sitemap.xml to /abc123.xml? Or does it only work with subdomains? I’m a bit technically challenged so it’s not all super straightforward to me.

Our team has reviewed your request again. From our understanding your request is to change the name of your sitemap. Unfortunately, this is not currently possible with our plugin.

We have taken your feedback and will explore if we can update this in a future release.

Please make it possible to edit the sitemap address in the update.
This is the default sitemap address: https://aaa.com/sitemap.xml
Sometimes it is necessary to edit the sitemap address and hide it from Our competitors.

Is this currently possible with latest version 4.1.1??
