Change ‘site_url’ and ‘home’ values

I had this problem, where I changed the site url and home address and it removed all the formating from my site and resulted in a “page not found” error when I attempted to click on links. I read a solution to the problem is at this link:

That appeared to be a good fix to the problem, but it said that neither value can end in “index.php.” I have no idea what other file to put in those values.

My web site is https://www.josephfranciskennyiv.com. There is a link if you scroll down to the list of links, it says MY BLOG. Click on that to see the problem.

Does anyone know what the default url and home addresses are? Whatever the defaults are is what mine is, and I just need them to fix the problem.
