Change share (title) text on mouse hover

Gorgeous plug in! Had to start with that. ??

I was wondering if there is some css or a function I could use to change the text of the share buttons on mouse hover? I think this is the title text???

Currently, if I hover over the facebook button, for example, it just says “facebook”. I’d like it to say “Share on Facebook”.

I don’t want to just write “Share” before the line of buttons. My theme looks better just with the buttons. So I’d like people to understand that they are sharing, rather than following, when they hover over the button.

Your help would be greatly appreciated! ??
