Change sent message

  • Hello all,

    Does anyone know how I can change sent message that shows up after someone has sent a message from the bottom of the page?

    https://www.tgfsecurity.co.uk/services/security-guards/ (Please see bottom of the page)

    The text reads: “Feedback has been sent to the administrator”
    I would like it to say: “Thank you for contacting TGF Security, we will be in touch shortly”

    I would also like to change it for all the pages not just the one mentioned above.

    This would vary depending on what contact form plugin you are using that is supposing you are using one. What have you tried?

    Hello Jose,
    I’m using the contact element of visual composer. I have had a look around the settings of the visual composer but I can’t find any options to change the sent message. I think i’m going to need a code to install?

    Unfortunately, that would fall outside of these support forums since that is a paid product. Volunteers are not given access to the code so we can’t provide much help on that.

    If you haven’t already, try reaching out to them.

    No I never solved the problem, I just had leave it and forget about it ??
