Change search-button text

  • Please help. I need to translate text of search-submit button. I’ve searched for searchform file in education hub directory but nothing.
    And I’d like to translate this
    “
    Nothing Found

    Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.”

    Since the the themes default phrases are already translation ready you can use plugins like WPML or Polylang.
    Please check the plugins for its use.

    Or if you do not want to use a plugin you can create a child theme, find the hook displaying this information and change the phrase itself to translated version.
