Change roles in the profile view

Ask for advice and help.
Is there a way in profile view to change the role of a user from one user to another?

Example:

“Author – um_role member1” login and opens member area.
He can now only “subscriber – No role for Ultimate Member” change the role to “subscriber – um_role member2”
But about the profile display, not in the WP adminbar.

To a picture as I mean.
Image view as I mean it!
