    No matter if change/reset password is initiated by site member or administrator member can not log in with new password (even site shows “password changed successfully” message.

    I’ve tried with and without use of strong password requirement.

    Using WP 5.9.1, eveolve plus theme 2.9.9.8 and UM 2.3.1 regularly updated.

    Looking forward to fix. Thank you.

    So here are the updates.

    I would like to apologize for rising up an alarm that was only partially correct. It looks like some parts of the UM plugin don’t work with older browsers (and/or their older versions).

    I have just tested the password reset feature using several different browsers (even iPad) and it is working correctly. The issue I had was in Chrome ver.74 in which logging does not work at all.

    To sum up everything, it might be helpful to the others to know that reset password function does not work for them or their users if they are using older browsers and it may not be related with UM itself.

    This may or may not be solution if they have similar issue but is definitely good to know.
