Currently, the **Media** page for SiteGround Optimizer resides here: https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=media.

This conflicts with the **Media settings** page for Cloudinary’s plugin. I manage a few sites that make use of SiteGround’s caching and other optimizations but not any of SG’s image controls. With both plugins active, I can’t navigate to Cloudinary’s Media settings page. It’d be ideal if one or both of you (SiteGround|Cloudinary) could namespace your backend page links like some of the other big plugins out there.

For example: Yoast does this with their pages.

    1. General = admin.php?page=wpseo_dashboard
    2. Search Appearance = admin.php?page=wpseo_titles
    3. Social = admin.php?page=wpseo_social

This prevents conflicts with other plugins.

It is fixed in the upcoming maintenance update. You can reach out to the other plugins that use the same URLs since they should be namespacing too. It’s a bit harder for us and will take more time since our interfaces are all made with React.
