Change Registration Confirmation Message?

Hi again,

Is it possible to change the confirmation message after a user creates an account?
“The account demo4 has been successfully created!” I’d like to inform the visitor that an administrator will validate their account before they can log in.

I figure I could likely find it in the plugin files somewhere but I’d be concerned about that being overwritten when the plugin is updated.
