    Hi!

A lot of useful info is on the /user/ page of my website. As a result, I often refer to it in my communication.

The problem is that when a logged out user try to access it, it redirects directly to the main page, which leads to confusion.

Is there any way to make the redirection points to /login/ only for logged out users?

    Thanks.

    Hi @frenchlessons

Have you tried enabling the UM content restriction when you edit the User page?
You can set the redirection there.

Hi and thank you for your time.

I just tried : UM content restriction > only logged in people > redirect the users without access to the login page.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t work. It looks like something else is provoking the redirection.

    Hi,

Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Hi again.

I was about to, and then I realized that the problem disappeared if I changed the “account” page in Ultimate Members Settings.

Now everything works like a charm with the redirection.

    Thanks!
