Change ?read more“text in theme widgets.

  • I tried to make some changes to the theme by using a child theme, which worked very well for some parts. But know I want to change the text “read more” in the two widgets, TG: Services and TG: Featured Single Page, into the German counterpart “mehr”.
    I tried some things with a functions.php in my child theme with a remove function and tried to replace it but nothing really worked till now.
    Anyone any suggestions what could help or what code I have to put in my child’s fuctions.php to change the text there and not in the parent theme?

    Hi,
    the translations are made by the po and mo files in the folder “Languages”
    to modify the po file, you need the Poedit software

    Thanks, but I don’t want to translate, I just want to change the text. Where can I do that?
