Change Print Page Color & Decimal Quantity

    Hi,
    Peace be upon you. I need some help to change the color of the print page and decimal quantity input.

    In our shop, we have some item which needs to input quantity in decimal point like the chicken weight in 1.6 KG. If I change the quantity value 1 to 1.6, the pos can’t process the payment. (Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r91kox )

    Another problem is the print page of the receipt is not printing correctly on the pos printer for the gray price section. Other sections visible fine, but the price section not clear as they are sightly gray. How do I change the color? (Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r91mq7 )

  • Hello @ninzas

    Weight is basically not the quantity, rather, it’s being considered as Variation or Attributes. So, the weight can be the attributes and quantity is a natural number.

    I’m not sure why you getting this kinda gray but you can adjust your printer ink to make it better visible.
