Change Post Title Text Before Posting

Hi guys,

I’m looking to add some text to the title of a post before the post is posted.

Basically I’m looking to add the category name with a ‘#’ before it to make it a hashtag to the end of the post title so that my twitter tools plugin will post it up to twitter.

Does anyone know how I can do this?
