Change post thumbnail width

I want to resize (in css) the post thumbnail width (actually is 280px) to cover all the post div width (300px), from side to side, but can’t find propiety in css.

Also, it would be good to know how to change theme font.

Everything else is just fantastic, Emphaino is a great theme.
