Change post meta description for whole category

  • Hello,

    I need a way to change the meta description of all the posts in a category (I want the same meta description for all the posts in a specific category).

    I haven’t found any plugin doing that. I’d like to do it via PhPMyAdmin but can’t find the fields and tables I’m suppose to update. Could you point me in the good direction?

    I think I could find out a solution by myself if someone could tell me what is the field containing the metadescription of each post. Then I would just have to update it depending on the category field, but I just can’t find this information!
