Change position of sidebar – Twenty Sixteen

This should be possible with some custom CSS and reverting the floats and margins that are added for primary and secondary elements.

To do that please try adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or add it in your site using the following plugin:

.sidebar {
    float: left;
    margin-right: 75%;
    margin-left: 0;
}

.content-area {
    float: right;
    margin-left: -100%;
    margin-right: 0;
}

This has worked perfectly!
However, content on pages without sidebar loads to the right.
Is there a way I can amend this?

@aaaa555 Maybe we could try to target those pages using different templates that are being used on those pages, would you mind posting links to page where you have sidebar on and on one that you don’t have sidebar so I can take a look?
