    Hello team,
    I have an issue with the official Messenger plugin.
    at the setup, we can change the popup message showed automaticaly to the user.

    But, this is doesnt work. The message “”Hi! How can we help you?” by defaut still showing.

    the message that I configured, appears only to me as an administrator connected to the site.

    I tried on another site, the problem is still present, for users the message remains the default

    I tried to custom it with CSS or JS , I did not succeed, I think that must be updated by facebook
    Any hacks to force text?

    page_id=”.get_option( ‘fbmcc_pageID’ ).”
    logged_out_greeting=Olá! como podemos ajudar?

    for spaces between words I had to use the code & nbsp

    Hello, you have already cleaned the browser history to check if it works, I find it strange to have it on your phone and not on your PC.

    @joaogarcia50 solution doesn’t solve for me. It’s still in plain english…

    I cleaned up the cache, cookie and so on.

    Now it’s writing “Buongiorno!” instead of the complete phrase I have written “Buongiorno! Come possiamo aiutarti?”

    Ok had to insert `nbsp;’ on every space occurrence.

    Good the code is taken without space & nbsp I just write it like this because otherwise I would make a blank space here and I couldn’t see the code ie the code is all taken.
    In other words, the code is the following (&nbsp) in the spaces between words
