Change Podcast Feed URL (to resubmit to iTunes)

Is there any way to change the podcast feed URL without redirecting?

I need to resubmit my feed to iTunes and it says I can’t. I’m guessing that if I make a small change to my podcast feed URL iTunes will see it as a different submission.

Any help would be awesome!
