Change placement of buttons to below the agree to terms

    The PP buttons appear above the agree to terms check box which causes the page to scroll to the top of the page and show the alert because customers don’t see the check box to check it. This is causing people to abandon cart.

    How can I change the placement of the buttons in the checkout?
