Change phase

Even this plugin was updated last 2 years ago. It still works like a charm! Nice cool plugin and no down fall btw!
Anyhow, I am wondering if able to change this phase?
Select an image for your comment (GIF,PNG,JPG,JPEG)I even tried edit the options.php, and the front-functions.php It didn’t overwritten NO LUCK?
Please advise help, Thanks
