Change permissions – options-permalink.php

I was a victim of the permalink hack from yesterday – can someone tell me how to change the permissions on options-permalink.php? Or what to change the name to? Thanks for all the help!

To stop the script in its track you only need to either change the name of options-permalink.php or change its permissions… and to be sure do the same thing with xmlrpc.php
