Change permanent link setting

  • Hi,
    I have some questions:

    1. Is there a way to change permanent link from /faq_in_minute_cat/ to /faqs/?
    2. Also, is that possible to change the syntac from
    [faq-in-minute category=”test”]
    to
    [qa category=”test”]

    3. Is that possible to insert 1 FAQ, something like:
    [faq-in-minute id=”12″] or [qa id=”12″]
