Change permalinks

    Hello,

    I’m trying to change the slug of the single posts and the sections but whatever I do my main slug doesn’t change and I always have the slug of the home page (/home) in the URL. like below:

    sample.com/home/settings/

    sample.com/home/category/settings/

    I want to change the URL somehow to eliminate the home slug from the URL like the example below.

    Single post: sample.com/settings/

    Sections: sample.com/category/settings/

    How can I achieve this?

    BasePress follows the WordPress permalink structure and doesn’t interfere with it.

    Can you please check whether the permalink structure works with default WP posts and categories? If it works, it should work just fine with BasePress too.
