change permalink of an attachment

hi there

is it still not possible to change (delete, alter) the permalink of an uploaded attachment (e.g. an image) under “media – library” without using a plugin?

i would have guessed, that this should be possible by now as it can be done easily in the page section with a click on the “edit” button:

unfortunately, there is no such “edit” button on the media library page:
https://www.biaggi.ch/forumlinks/permalinkmedialibrary.jpg

any other way to alter the permalink of an attachment?
