  • Hi @pauleduardlim

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are experiencing a problem with child pages redirecting to a Page Not Found error after updating the permalink settings on your WooCommerce site.

Firstly, it’s important to ensure that your permalink settings are configured correctly. Please navigate to Settings > Permalinks and make sure that you have selected an appropriate permalink structure for your site.

For example, if you want to include the parent page in the URL, you should choose the Custom Structure option and add /%category%/%postname%/ in the field.

If these did not resolve the issue, please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?

Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Thanks!
