    Hello,

    I am not sure if this is a bug or it’s normal behaviour. We have 6 different payment methods, but for 1 payment method we need to charge a fee. We have tested this. This is the scenario:

    when I select the fee-payment method, the fee is included. The payment method brings me to the payment provider, if I change my mind and I cancel, I will be returned to the checkout page. I choose a different 0-fee-payment method, but the initial fee is still present, it’s not being removed.

    The same scenario also happens the other way around, the fee is not included.

    Do you have any idea what’s going on or if this can be resolved?

    I am happy to share site and login in a private channel.

    Hi Demian,

    this looks unfortunately as a reported issue with WooCommerce – basically, the fee calculation is not run in Pay for order page and it’s part of the Woo itself. More details to be found here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/17794 and maybe you could upvote it as well.

    That’s a big problem, because it’s very easy this way for not paying the fee, by selecting a free payment method, change to a paid one, and the fee is not added.

    I have added a comment to the Github forum, however ticket is closed by them. I am not sure if they will pick this up?

    To be honest – I don’t know, since you tagged them, they should get a ping. Or the last thing you could do is opening a new issue.
