    Hello!

    I don’t know what the issue with PayPal is for our customers, but unfortunately about 3/4 orders won’t be successfull when paying with PayPal (I think they just don’t understand how it works, because in our test cases it worked completely fine…).
    Until this problem is fixed, is there a possibility for the customers to change their payment method after ordering?
    At the moment we have a lot of orders in our system that should have made with paypal – when they don’t work, the customers make the exact same ordner again but with “purchase on invoice”.
    I googled a lot the last few days, but I couldn’t find anything.
    I would be SOOOOO happy if someone could make us work this out!

    We use WooCommerce and Germanized.

    Just want to run something by you first: Are you using the core PayPal gateway that ships with WooCommerce or are you using another PayPal plugin/extension altogether?

    Also, on the orders that aren’t successful, are you seeing any notices in the “Order Notes” section of that order? A hint would be something to do with IPN Failure.

    Finally, have you enabled logging for PayPal? These logs are available in your status log under WooCommerce > Status > Logs
