Change password with email address

    I am developing a site where users will be logging in using their email address instead of username. I have installed the WP Email Login plugin which makes this work, and it works fine with Clean Login too for logins.

    However, if I try to use the Lost Password function, Clean Login won’t let me use the email address. It reports “Username is not valid”

    I can reset the password using username, but that’s just not going to work on this site. Is there a way you could permit the resetting of passwords by email address, please?

    Thanks, but customization doesn’t really help because that won’t get updated as new versions come out.

    Yes, I can integrate it in the standard version. What I mean is that I’m not planning to include this feature in the code in the next months, but if you want now you can pay the development (less than 2 hours) and I can do it, for you and for the community. Including also your credits as supporter.
