Change password shortcode

When the password is changed (old password, new password, confirm password) – the password is changed but the user is taken to a “This page does not exist” page – the URL is: https://practiceeudaimonicwellbeing.com/password?password-updated=success&tab=password.

Please could you advise how I fix this so that the user gets a message to say “Your password has been changed successfully” on the URL: https://practiceeudaimonicwellbeing.com/myaccount/password

The shortcode being used at the moment is: [wpum_account]

Downloaded the “301 Redirects” plugin and created a 301 from https://practiceeudaimonicwellbeing.com/password?password-updated=success&tab=password to https://practiceeudaimonicwellbeing.com/myaccount/password?password-updated=success&tab=password
