Change password option not showing

I believe I need to change all admin’s passwords as I believe our site has been compromised. I do not have a “change password” option on any of our admin profiles. So how do I change the password if I am not given an option to do so? Our site is showing deleted code in area I add it to and then a few minutes later it is gone. How can this be? The standard way of changing a password does NOT show up on the edit profile area any more. Very odd.
