    Hi @aleesha111,

Can you please clarify what exactly doesn’t work and what error do you see?
Please make sure that you have Password reset page in your Pages section and this page is assigned in Ultimate member -> Settings ->Setup.

    Regards.

I am having the same problem. I have the shortcode on my reset password page, and page has been added to the settings. However, after I’m done changing the password and try to log in with the new password, it tells me the password is incorrect. Tried resetting all plugin settings back to default, same problem. Need URGENT fix on this please.

    Hi @ultimatemembersupport and @pixie2012,

Firstly, please try to do a conflict test so we can rule out theme/plugin conflicts and see if your issue with passwords goes away. Please see our doc on how to do a conflict test. How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Regards.

Deactivating all plugins removes the issue. Activating only this plugin causes the issue to reoccur:

    Widgetkit (yoothemes)

    Any suggestions?

I have replaced that plugin with another (I need a slider), so I used Soliloquy. Now the form has stopped working again.

Do you know of a lightweight slider plugin that DOESN”T conflict with the password reset for Ultimate member?

    Hi,
If you do not need the sidebar with with conflicting plugins, you can change the password-page to “No Sidebar Content Centered”-template. Changing password is commonly not so often used page. Same goes for profile pages if needed.

Maybe I wasn’t clear: the minute I install a slider plugin (i’ve tried 2 different plugins that have never caused other conflicts on my sites before), the reset doesn’t work anymore

The slider doesn’t appear on any of the UM pages – it only appears on the home page.

Deactivating the slider plugin fixes the problem. Since this problem appears with two different plugins that have nothing to do with this reset password page, I can only assume that the problem is with Ultimate Member.

Alternatively, please advise of a slider plugin that you know of that works with your plugin which I can use.

This is very urgent – could I please have an update?

Can you please tell me what version of the Ultimat member you have installed?

    Regards.
