    Hi i was wondering if the user is blocked, there’s a change that the user can reset their password to unblock the account? thanks!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Currently we block the user based on his IP address for a period specified by the administrator.

    Could you please confirm if you want to disable the user after failed login attempts and allow him to log in successfully only after resetting the password?

    If you would like, we can discuss this over a meeting.
