    Hi i was wondering if the user is blocked, there’s a change that the user can reset their password to unblock the account? thanks!

    Hi,

    Failed login attempts, blocking, etc. are not refer to a specific user, but to an IP address. Therefore, changing the password or similar actions will not remove this lock.
