Change paragraph color

    Hi Alex
    Now I switch theme to Hueman. Here is my blog https://amsyong.com.
    After some modifying,I still get problem about paragraph.
    I want to change color/darken in post content to full black #000000 but I don’t know which css line that sould be edit?
    And I want to make tittle menu in topbar navigation become bold.
    So please assist me to solve those.
