change paired url structure

Hello.
There’s a way to change the paired URL structure on transitional mode replacing the question mark or the slash for an underscore? For Example from https://www.site.com/some-post?amp to https://www.site.com/some-post_amp
I tried to search about in the filters info but i only find how to change /amp/ for somenthing like /mobile not the replace of the slash
