    Many Thanks! for this plugin.

    I would like to alter the pagination text “Newer” & “Older”

    Is that an option that can be added to the plugin in the future?

    In the interim, is there a simple way to do this?

    Kind regards.

    Hello Author,

    Many thanks for your reply. The plugin is Superb! Plus the support!

    Prior to contacting you, I had done a bit of research beforehand.

    I have found a solution that works for my need.

    For the benefit of anyone else. Here are the steps.

    1. Use a child theme
    2. Copy the “template-parts” folder in the child theme folder
    3. Open the pagination.php file. I use notepad+++
    4. Change “Newer” & Older words to whatever.
    5. Save the pagination.php file.
    6. Refresh the theme and the change will take effect.

    Note: In the “template-parts” folder, there are other files. I only keep the pagination.php file. There is no need to keep the other files unless there is a need to make other customizations.

    Important: This is done only in the child theme folder.

    @xtendlife,

    Thanks for the heads up, glad you found the solution. To change the pagination for Twenty Twenty, it appears that using a child theme is the only way.

    If you enjoy Twentig, please leave us a review. We’d really appreciate it ??
