Change page order so blog isn't home page

I’m using the Twenty-Eleven theme to set up a business website for my professional organizing business. I want the Home page to be a splash page that always stays the same. I want to use the blog but I’d like the page to be in the middle of pages I offer, after FAQ and before Contact Me. I know how to set the order of all of the other pages. Is there a way to make the blog page be something other than the home page? If I can’t do it in Twenty-Eleven, I’d be willing to switch themes.
